General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, workshops, programs and services of the Meisner Institute Switzerland, both online and on-site.

2. Registration & Payment
Registration is binding and requires completion of the registration form and full payment of the participation fee. Places will be allocated in the order in which payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation must be made in writing by email.

Up to 30 days before the start: refund less CHF 25 processing fee
15–29 days before start: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund possible
If the Meisner Institute Switzerland cancels the course, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Conditions of participation
Participation is open to actors of all experience levels, unless otherwise stated. Participants commit to active and respectful participation in all sessions.

5. Language
Unless otherwise stated, all events will be held in English.

6. Code of Conduct
We value a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in exclusion without

7. Media use
During the event, photographs and videos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. By registering, participants consent to this unless they object in writing in advance.

8. Liability
The Meisner Institute Switzerland assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage during participation. Participants are responsible for their own insurance, travel, and accommodation.

9. Changes
The Meisner Institute Switzerland reserves the right to adapt content, dates or lecturers as needed.
