This 16-week online program is designed for actors who are ready to go deeper – beyond the basics, beyond performance, and into the heart of truthful, emotionally connected work. The Advanced Training builds on the foundations of the Meisner Technique and challenges you to refine your craft, expand your emotional range, and unlock greater freedom in your acting. Each week, you’ll participate in live 2-hour Zoom sessions focused on advanced repetition, improvisation, emotional preparation, and scene work. The training is highly experiential, with a strong emphasis on personal growth, vulnerability, and presence. You’ll be guided to take risks, break patterns, and discover new layers of authenticity in your work. This is not just about learning exercises – it’s about transformation. You’ll be supported in developing a deeper connection to your impulses, your scene partners, and your own emotional truth. Optional in-person meetups offer the chance to practice in a physical space and connect with fellow actors face-to-face. Whether you're a working professional or a dedicated student, this training will help you sharpen your instincts, deepen your emotional availability, and elevate your craft to a new level. General Booking Policy – Meisner Institute Switzerland Registration & Payment All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment details and deadlines are provided during the registration process. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Up to 30 days before the start date: Full refund minus a CHF 25 administrative fee 15–29 days before: 50% refund Less than 15 days before: No refund available If a program or workshop is cancelled by the Meisner Institute Switzerland, participants will receive a full refund. Participation Requirements Programs are open to actors of all experience levels unless otherwise specified. Sessions may be held in English or German depending on the format. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and engage respectfully with instructors and peers. Code of Conduct We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund. Media & Documentation Photos or video may be taken during workshops and events for documentation and promotional purposes. By registering, you agree to the use of such material unless you notify us in writing prior to the start of the program. Liability The Meisner Institute Switzerland is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during participation.
